Jeff Owens has been a Colorado native since 1981 when his family relocated to Keystone, Colorado. Jeff grew up in Colorado's ski country and enjoyed all of the outdoor activities Colorado had to offer. He attended Summit High School and went on to graduate from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Political Science. In 1995, Jeff became a licensed Broker Associate. He has enjoyed much success doing what he loves and has gained experience over the years that has served his clients very well. Jeff is currently working with two builders helping to develop and sell custom homes. He also helps investors build their portfolios by finding just the right properties to flip and sell. Jeff has the ability to turn first time clients into clients for life. His hard work and dedication to a job well done have helped him gain his client's trust as both their realtor for life and as their friend. Along with business success comes personal success. Jeff and his wife, Jordi, are the proud parents of 2 boys, Grayson and Cutter. They enjoy spending time together as a family and are loving every minute watching their sons grow and experience life daily.
Stephanie Geneser comes to us from West Des. Moines, Iowa and has made her home here in Denver, Colorado. She became a licensed Broker Associate in 2006. Stephanie is bringing 6 years of sales and marketing experience with her which is serving her and her clients nicely. Stephanie possesses a very strong will and determination to offer the most thorough and accurate information possible to her buyers and sellers alike. She is not happy unless she has done everything possible to make sure her clients are armed with as much knowledge and information possible to make informed decisons regarding their real estate transaction. We're excited to have Stephanie on our team and have no doubt that her dedication and her strong work ethic will help her succeed in the real estate profession. Kelly Kummer is the newest member of the ColoEstates Team and we are excited to have her join our team. She is a third generation Real Estate Agent, so as an Associate Broker; I guess you could say that real estate runs in her blood. She also brings 6 years of marketing experience, as well as a vast love for the industry to our team and to her clients.
Kelly has a passion for working with people and the ability to understand their needs. She prides herself on the level of service that she is able to provide. She recognizes that every transaction means a different set of unique circumstances and enjoys assisting her clients through these challenges. From first time home buyers to seasoned investors, Kelly will be there every step of the way for her clients.
In her free time, you can find Kelly skiing the Rockies or camping and hiking in the summer months. She loves spending time with her husband, Joe, and her dog, Calvin.
